What it does.

  1. A real report, not a printout.

    Every audit becomes an A4 document with a cover, contents, sections that start on a new page, and page numbers and your company name on every page.

    • Cover with the result in figures and a title block
    • Contents for anything longer than a few pages
    • Your logo or the SAMRISK mark in the running header

  2. Your words beside the answers.

    Each section carries the recorded answers and evidence photos, with space for your own narrative, an introduction and a conclusion, edited like a document.

    • Findings in words and colour, so a black and white copy still reads
    • Evidence photos inline under the answer they prove
    • Introduction, commentary and conclusion you write once

  3. Sent as a PDF, linked to the live record.

    Save it as a PDF from the browser and send it. A QR code in the sign-off opens the live audit, and every report says when it was produced.

Do I need the add-on to print an audit?

No. Every audit prints to a clean A4 report for free. The add-on adds the editable report document with your own narrative, contents and section pages.

Can the report carry our logo?

Yes. Company settings, Details, On reports and exports chooses your logo or the SAMRISK mark for every report.

Does editing the report change the audit?

No. The answers come from the audit as it was recorded; the narrative is yours and saved with the report.
